Nicholls Residential started marketing my house in November and were quick to organise viewings. They always confirmed them by email and followed them up with feedback each time usually within 48 hours. Through them, and in particular Michael, we received an acceptable offer on our house. Throughout the time we have been registered with them they have been reliable, professional and honest. They gave us a weekly marketing report as to how our house was performing with regard to numbers of viewers and always rang us each week to keep us in touch with what was happening.
