Nicholls Residential started marketing my house in November and were quick to organise viewings. They always confirmed them by email and followed them up with feedback each time usually within 48 hours. Through them, and in particular Michael, we received an acceptable offer on our house. Throughout the time we have been registered with them they have been reliable, professional and honest. They gave us a weekly marketing report as to how our house was performing with regard to numbers of viewers and always rang us each week to keep us in touch with what was happening. Paul and the team are the best in the business!! Their patience, professionalism, quality of advice, attention to detail and customer service are unparalleled in the business. From the moment of instructing them, I was impressed by Paul, whose manner and approach was way ahead of the competition. He also directed and managed the sale of the house and did so with expertise and a high level of efficiency. He also chased everything up relentlessly and gave me daily information on the progress of the sale, keeping the chain tight at all times. Having not sold a property for over 30 years, I was very uncertain of what to expect. Jacqueline and Paul made the process go as smoothly as possible, always there to speak to, always answering queries in a professional, calm and in timely manner, in fact contact was weekly with progress updates. I purchased and then let out retirement property. Imagine what it was like to have an Estate agent whose backbone was integrity and honesty. Who didn’t gush over Me, whose age and intellect were bigger than my shoe size.?with honest, appraisals, they didn’t massage my ego. (That then wouldn’t sell .) Then you would be imagining Michael and the team at NR in Epsom. Old school, not modern box shifters, they Deal with homes, not just houses. They really care! Can’t recommend higher, So I’ve put my name to it! I said professional landlord I have dealt withLOTS of EA’s. We have used Nicholls for both buying, selling and renting out our property. They went above and beyond to assist us with the sale of our rented property especially when we were having issues with the tenants and notice periods. Even though they weren’t managing the tenancy for us they helped with liaising with the tenants through this unfortunate and stressful process. I asked NR to manage the sale of my property as I had such a positive experience with them when I bought it and the represented the vendor. I am very glad I did. They combine this with professionalism and a great deal of experience. I think the combination is very reassuring to buyers and reduced my stress levels as a seller.
