We have worked with Nicholls Residential twice now first when we bought our house in 2021 and more recently when we sold it. Both experiences were excellent, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When we purchased our home, the process was far from straightforward. It was a long chain, and it took a while to complete. Simon, John, and the entire team at Nicholls Residential were fantastic at keeping us updated and explaining each stage, which made the whole experience much less stressful. More recently, we found our new house through Nicholls Residential and entrusted them to sell our property as well. The sale involved a complex inheritance situation, and just before completion, we faced significant issues with the tenants in the property we were buying. Through all of this, Nicholls Residential remained extremely helpful and professional. They supported us every step of the way, always approachable and ready to answer any questions.
