Simon has built up an extensive and enviable level of knowledge and experience of the local property market having worked as an estate agent in the area for over 25 years. Simon has a history of managing highly successful teams and was also responsible for managing and running an office that won the prestigious London Estate Agent Office of the year Award, a remarkable achievement. This award is based directly on the quality of customer service. Holder of the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award.

Ian is a truly dedicated team member who has the responsibility of looking after agreed sales and liaising with all parties involved. Anyone fulfilling this role really does need to know what they are doing as often there are many issues to deal with to ensure the successful completion of a sale.
