The NR team at North Cheam is truly OUTSTANDING! As first-time tenants, we were fortunate to have Jacqueline guide us through the entire rental process with such kindness and patience. The NR team has always been incredibly responsive and approachable. Whenever we encountered any issues during our tenancy, they addressed them promptly, professionally, and with great respect. After recently moving to a property managed by a larger company, we couldn’t help but notice the stark difference in service. Unfortunately, we felt undervalued and dismissed by the larger company, particularly as tenants don’t pay them commissions. To make matters worse, their staff was inexperienced, even struggling to open PDF files correctly. In contrast, while NR may be a smaller company and doesn’t have the advanced software that the larger company uses, their efficiency, competence, and professionalism shine through.
