After a few months of searching we have recently moved to a new property, during the search we viewed several properties with Nicholls Residential, specifically with Fotini, I just wanted to say that Fotini was one of our favourite estate agents we've met across multiple companies. She was so friendly and made each viewing a nice one. She was enthusiastic about each property, and we found her relatable, easy to talk to, and supportive. Her communication was great over email too when needing to reschedule/book in viewings. Whilst we hopefully won't need to move again, if we ever did I would be delighted to use Nicholls in the future purely based on the great example Fotini set for the company, I hope she has a successful career and thanks to her for being lovely at all our viewings. We have worked with Nicholls Residential twice now first when we bought our house in 2021 and more recently when we sold it. Both experiences were excellent, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When we purchased our home, the process was far from straightforward. It was a long chain, and it took a while to complete. Simon, John, and the entire team at Nicholls Residential were fantastic at keeping us updated and explaining each stage, which made the whole experience much less stressful. More recently, we found our new house through Nicholls Residential and entrusted them to sell our property as well. The sale involved a complex inheritance situation, and just before completion, we faced significant issues with the tenants in the property we were buying. Through all of this, Nicholls Residential remained extremely helpful and professional. They supported us every step of the way, always approachable and ready to answer any questions. They valued our property fairly and managed to achieve a reasonable sale price for us.
